Ham & Bacon Cheesy Potatoes

- 1 2 lb. bag of frozen diced potatoes, thawed
- 1 16 oz acid container cream
- 1 10.5 ounce can of cream chicken soup
- 4 Tbs butter melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- 2 1/2 cups of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of diced ham
- 1/2 cup crushed bacon
- 1/3 cup of green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350. Spray the 9 "x13" pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, shake with soup, sour cream, melted butter, salt & pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and chopped onion until smooth.
- Next add the potatoes, cheese, ham, bacon and green onions and stir to coat it so well that everything is saturated.
- Apply it to a prepared skillet and bake it in the oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for about 10 minutes longer.
