Ham & Bacon Cheesy Potatoes

Material

  • 1 2 lb. bag of frozen diced potatoes, thawed
  • 1 16 oz acid container cream
  • 1 10.5 ounce can of cream chicken soup
  • 4 Tbs butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion
  • 1 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 2 1/2 cups of shredded cheese
  • 1 cup of diced ham
  • 1/2 cup crushed bacon
  • 1/3 cup of green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Spray the 9 "x13" pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, shake with soup, sour cream, melted butter, salt & pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and chopped onion until smooth.
  3. Next add the potatoes, cheese, ham, bacon and green onions and stir to coat it so well that everything is saturated.
  4. Apply it to a prepared skillet and bake it in the oven for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for about 10 minutes longer.
